Luisa Olan

Luisa Olan is a Enrollment and Billing Specialist in our Accounts Receivable department. She is a diligent worker, consistently providing customers with efficient and thorough service. In her role, Luisa works with our customers to help keep the ordering and billing processes running smoothly. If there are any account discrepancies, Luisa quickly investigates and resolves them to ensure all orders are received on time. Her attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction enables you to continue to care for your patients without the worry of avoidable order delays. 

When asked what the most enjoyable aspect of her work is, Luisa responded, “I like working with different groups within the organization to make sure orders are processed on a timely basis and our customers are overall happy with their experience.” 

Luisa serves as an integral component of our team, demonstrating profound dedication to her customers on a daily basis. She truly embodies Caring for those who care^®.
