Laura Machi

Laura Machi is a Senior Account Manager in the Acute sales segment. In her role, Laura works with hospital accounts across the Midwest to bring them the products and therapies they need to care for their patients. She works diligently to get to know her customers’ needs and help them succeed, whether it be by finding ways to expand their portfolios or working to save them money. Laura values the conversations and relationships this role has allowed her to form with customers.  

When asked how she works to represent Caring for those who care^®, Laura responded, “In the last two years, ‘Caring for those who care^®’ has taken on a whole new meaning. The pandemic put such a strain on our healthcare workers, and it was important not only to find the products they needed (which were often in short supply), but to stop and ask, ‘How are you holding up?’ In these times, it’s more essential than ever to let our customers know that we respect and admire the work they do.”
