Janice Howard is the Eligibility Senior Supervisor of our Rare Disease Memphis team. She manages a team of outstanding customer service professionals responsible for the daily tasks surrounding processing orders for our rare disease products. Janice’s favorite part of the job is knowing that she is supporting our customers in providing care to patients who are in need of life-changing medicine. When asked how she works to represent Caring for those who care®, Janice responded, “Every day, I put in my best effort to assist in any way that I can so that our customers can have what they need to provide for their patients who are in need.”
