Jamie Costa

Jamie Costa is the Customer Service Senior Analyst for the Digital Services team. He acts as an intermediary among our valued customers, technology teams and various business departments to effectively troubleshoot issues as well as provide support for web commerce enhancements and fixes. Jamie’s favorite part of the job is providing solutions to our customers and associates that were previously unknown to them. When asked how she works to represent Caring for those who care^®, Jamie responded, “To me, it means providing exceptional service to those who serve us. If I can serve our customers, then that makes it easier for them to do the same for their patients. Being that more and more of our customers rely on CuraScript SD to provide them with essential products, I've come to realize how important our role is in Digital Services."
