Diane Donahue is a Customer Service Supervisor for CuraScript SD by Evernorth. In her role, Diane leads her team of 12 Customer Service Representatives to provide our customers with the skills, knowledge, and core values of CuraScript SD. Diane’s favorite part of her job is watching her team grow together and individually in their roles. She says, “I am so blessed to work with such an awesome team!!”

When asked how she represents Caring for those who care^®, Diane responded, “I keep in mind that behind every customer that needs our help is a patient that needs their medications.”
